We take pride in shipping all of our items in high quality shipping mailers and boxes that are 100% recycled and also manufactured in the USA.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be fulfilled and shipped until the following week. We will do our best to fulfill orders received in the most timely manner, but we cannot promise delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by the postal service or weather conditions. Orders placed within the US, will be provided with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled and on its way. We now offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the U.S. Shipping charges for products exchanged and shipped from our warehouse may apply. International shipping charges are $7.99 for the first item and an additional $1.99 per piece ordered after that. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders. You are responsible for the shipping information entered, so please double check the order’s shipping address as this is your responsibility. Please note we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded for items that are returned to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We accept returns on items that have not been worn, have not been washed, have not been damaged & are unused. Items should be returned within 15 days of the delivery of the order. All products are described as accurately as possible. Appearance of colors and details may vary on your screen. All requests for returns made after the 15 day grace period will be denied. All items purchased on sale are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return. If you are unhappy with your item and would like to exchange it for another size or style please contact as at the email address we provide for customer service, provide the reason for the return or exchange, the order #, and ship the item back to us at:

If you believe your product has a defect, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@shoptheiconeffect.com within the 15 day grace period and we will be happy to discuss an exchange of the product.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns and exchanges. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
